This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is established and published by vpstix Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("vpstix," "we," or "Company") and governs all data processing activities arising from your use of our website, console, API, and related client software (collectively, "Services").

By registering an account or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and unconditionally accepted all terms of this Policy.If you disagree with any part of this Policy, please stop using the Services and close your account immediately. Refusing to provide necessary information may result in inability to use the Services, for which we bear no responsibility.

To provide the Services and fulfill compliance obligations, we may collect the following categories of information (including but not limited to):

• Account & Identity Information:Registration email, username, password hash, phone number (if applicable), company name, and billing contact information
• Transaction & Financial Information:Order records, payment transactions, invoices, refunds, and collections records; payment data is processed by PCI-DSS certified third-party gateways; transaction records are retained for financial audit purposes for no less than 7 years
• Usage & Operation Logs:SSH/VNC connection records (including source IP, timestamps, session duration), console operation logs, API call records, bandwidth and CPU statistics, full ticket and support conversation transcripts — retained by default for no less than 730 days
• Network & Device Information:IP address, browser type and version, operating system, cookie identifiers, device fingerprint, HTTP Referer, and page behavior data
• Compliance & Security Information:Anti-fraud scores, anomalous behavior flags, law enforcement cooperation materials, and security incident investigation records

We and our third-party analytics partners may automatically collect behavioral data via cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies for service optimization, security monitoring, and business analytics.

We may use the collected information for the following purposes (without limitation) and without requiring additional consent:

• Providing, maintaining, improving, and personalizing our Services
• Identity verification, anti-fraud, compliance review, and security monitoring
• Billing, renewal, collections, and financial reconciliation
• Sending invoices, expiry reminders, system announcements, marketing promotions, and product updates (system notifications cannot be disabled)
• Data analysis, user profiling, capacity planning, and business decision-making
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations and responding to lawful requests from governments, regulators, or judicial authorities
• Protecting the legitimate interests of vpstix and its affiliates

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. However, we may share or disclose your information in the following circumstances,without prior notice or consent：

• Affiliates:Subsidiaries and related entities within the vpstix group, or affiliated entities following a merger or acquisition
• Service Providers:Partners including data center hosting, CDN, payment processing, email/SMS, customer service systems, and security auditing
• Legal Compliance:As required by applicable law, court orders, government directives, or regulatory requirements
• Business Transfers:In the event of merger, asset sale, restructuring, or bankruptcy liquidation, information may be transferred as a business asset
• Security Protection:To investigate, prevent, or address security threats, illegal activity, or violations of the Terms of Service

Information may be transferred to and processed in data centers located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the United States, and other jurisdictions. Continued use of the Services constitutes consent to cross-border transfer. We bear no joint liability for third-party data processing.

Data is stored in data centers selected by us globally. After account closure, billing records are retained for 7 years; operation logs for 2 years; other data is generally deleted within 90 days, unless otherwise required by law or needed for dispute resolution.

After service termination, we may retain records for a reasonable period (typically no more than 30 days, extendable to 180 days in special circumstances) for compliance and dispute resolution.We do not guarantee recoverability. Standard erasure procedures are performed when physical nodes are reclaimed, but complete and irreversible data destruction is not guaranteed.

Data within your node (data stored on the rented Mac hardware) is your sole responsibility to back up. vpstix provides no backup or recovery guarantees for node data.

We and our partners use necessary cookies (to maintain login sessions), functional cookies (to remember preferences), and analytics cookies (to understand service usage) for session management, traffic analysis, advertising, and anti-fraud. Disabling cookies may render certain features unavailable; any resulting losses are borne by the user.

We employ TLS 1.3 transport encryption, access controls, and industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However,internet transmission is inherently not absolutely secure. vpstix assumes no liability for any data breach, loss, or damage resulting from hacking, system vulnerabilities, internal oversights, third-party actions, or force majeure.You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any losses resulting from credential compromise are borne by you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete certain information. Information related to outstanding invoices, dispute resolution, or legally required retention is exempt. vpstix reserves final discretion over the handling of such requests and may charge reasonable fees or decline repetitive or out-of-scope requests.

Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if discovered, such data will be deleted promptly and we bear no resulting liability. If we discover a minor has registered without guardian consent, we reserve the right to close the account and delete associated data.

vpstix reserves the right to revise this Policy at any timewithout prior notice or separate consent. Revisions take effect upon publication on this page; continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance. Those who disagree should stop using the Services and close their accounts.Fees already paid are non-refundable。
