Terms of Service
& User Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vpstix Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("vpstix" or "we") regarding your use of vpstix's bare-metal Apple hardware hosting services ("Services").

By registering an account, completing payment, or using the Services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

vpstix provides Apple Silicon-based bare-metal Mac server hosting, including but not limited to exclusive rental access to Mac mini M4 series nodes with SSH, VNC, a dedicated public IP, and an accompanying console. Specific configurations are as displayed in your order and the console.

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no guarantee of continuity, stability, or error-free operation.vpstix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Services at any time, with or without prior notice.We may change service content, pricing, or features due to technical upgrades, business adjustments, regulatory requirements, or other reasons; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and bear full responsibility for maintaining the security of your account. You may not transfer, sell, or share account credentials with third parties. vpstix is not liable for losses caused by user negligence, account sharing, or weak passwords.

Any actions initiated through your account are deemed to be your own, and you bear all resulting liability.You should notify us immediately upon discovering any account anomaly; fees incurred from account compromise before we complete processing remain your responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse registration, freeze, or close any account without providing a reason.

• Billing:Service fees are prepaid based on your selected billing cycle (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly). Billing begins as soon as a node is provisioned, regardless of actual usage time
• Auto-renewal:Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and other recurring subscriptions auto-renew by default — payment is automatically charged if not cancelled before expiry. Renewal reminders are a convenience feature only and do not constitute a notification obligation by vpstix
• Price adjustments:vpstix reserves the right to adjust service pricing at any time; adjustments take effect at the next billing cycle
• Overdue accounts & suspension:We reserve the right to immediately suspend Services upon account delinquency; all outstanding balances and any applicable late fees must be paid before restoration
• Refund policy:Except as expressly required by applicable law,all fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of whether the Services were actually used. Due to the dedicated nature of hardware resources, refund requests for personal reasons will not be accepted after a node is provisioned. Promotional benefits are defined solely by vpstix, and we reserve the right to modify or void them at any time

You agree not to use the Services for the following purposes (without limitation):

• Violating laws, regulations, export controls, or sanctions
• Cryptocurrency mining, distributed compute leasing, or resource arbitrage
• Network attacks, DDoS, port scanning, or brute-force attacks
• Distributing malware, spam, phishing, or illegal content
• Infringing third-party intellectual property or legal rights
• Circumventing technical restrictions, abusing the API, or disrupting platform operations
• Reselling services to others (unless separately authorized in writing)

vpstix reserves sole discretion to determine violations and may immediately terminate Services, ban IPs, permanently close accounts, and forfeit balances without refund, all without prior notice,and reserves the right to pursue legal action.

vpstix No SLA commitments are made. We bear no liability for service interruptions or performance degradation due to maintenance, hardware failures, network congestion, DDoS, natural disasters, third-party outages, upstream carrier failures, or any other cause; no uptime compensation or fee reductions will be provided.

We reserve the right to perform maintenance, upgrades, or resource reallocation without notice. Scheduled maintenance windows (if announced) do not constitute a notification obligation.

Users bear full responsibility for data stored or processed on the Services. After expiry or termination, data may be immediately deleted and we do not guarantee retention or export. Users must back up their own data during the active period; vpstix is not liable for data loss due to failure to back up.

After account termination, nodes will be reclaimed and all node data will be permanently deleted.vpstix is not responsible for retaining or migrating your data.

All intellectual property rights in the vpstix platform, website, API, documentation, trademarks, and related technologies belong to vpstix or its licensors. Users are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during the paid period in accordance with these Terms; no copying, modification, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works is permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vpstix shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to use of or inability to use the Services,including but not limited todata loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

Total liability for any single incident shall not exceed the amount paid for the corresponding order, and in no event shall exceed USD $100.All risks associated with using the Services are borne solely by the user.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Services at any time without prior notice, consent, or liability. vpstix may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement, unpaid balances, suspected fraud, or legal compliance requirements.

If a user requests service termination,Fees already paid are non-refundable. Data may be immediately deleted upon service termination.

This Agreement is governed bythe laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted tothe Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)for final resolution under its then-current arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

You expressly waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or jury trial.

vpstix reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any timewithout prior notice or user consent. Revised versions will be published on this page. Continued use of the Services after modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. Those who disagree should stop using the Services and close their accounts.Fees already paid are non-refundable。

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplementary terms within the console, constitutes the entire agreement between you and vpstix regarding use of the Services. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
